Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Solaé Creative. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services
Solaé Creative provides branding photography, videography, creative direction, and content creation services. Marketing services may be offered in collaboration with a partner agency.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Branding photography sessions
Video production
Monthly content creation
Creative and content strategy calls

2. Booking & Onboarding
Clients are required to complete an onboarding questionnaire and/or discovery call prior to booking. Solaé Creative reserves the right to determine whether a project is a good fit.

3. Payment Terms
Branding Photography & Videography
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.
The remaining 50% balance is due three (3) days before the scheduled session.
Content Creation Services
Content creation is billed separately from photography sessions.
Pricing may be month-to-month or offered at a discounted rate for a three-month commitment.
Package details and pricing will be provided via email for review prior to confirmation.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session require full payment.
Full payment may be applied as credit toward a rescheduled session.
Rescheduling requests made at least one (1) week in advance may be accommodated without penalty.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled date at Solaé Creative’s discretion.

5. Content Creation Scope
Monthly content creation includes:
One (1) one-hour strategy call per month
Strategy planning based on marketing goals, target audience, and growth objectives
Ten (10) short-form videos
Up to two (2) carousel posts (images, graphics, and/or video)
Clients acknowledge that organic marketing results take time and that meaningful growth typically requires a commitment of at least three months, especially without paid advertising.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All photographs and videos are copyrighted and owned by Solaé Creative.
Clients receive a limited license to use delivered content for personal or business marketing purposes.
Full copyright ownership or extended licensing may be purchased for an additional fee, based on the number of images or scope of content requested.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information
Arrive on time and prepared for sessions
Secure necessary permissions for locations, props, or participants

8. Limitation of Liability
Solaé Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

9. Inclusivity
Solaé Creative proudly supports inclusive, mindful, and healing-focused businesses. We reserve the right to decline projects that do not align with our values.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
